昼間起きていて夜寝るタイプを「単相型」という。昼夜問わず短く何回も寝るタイプを「多相型」という。

ちなみに、知り合いに聞いて気づいたのですが、"referer"はjargonで、本来の英語のスペルはreferrerです…（後ろにストレスがあるので）。
