最近、EasyChair（無料の*1学会論文投稿・査読用サーバ）が重かったのだが、

とのこと。締め切りまで何度も何度も何度も論文を改訂してアップロードする私のような人が悪いのですが。

EasyChair is Under Upgrade

なお、（ありがちなことですが）既に7pm GMTは過ぎています。サーバはManchester大学にあるようですが、ご苦労様です…＞管理者の皆様
